About Alex(ander)

I'm a software engineer and musician who specializes in HPC and French Horn (respectively).

I went to Carnegie Mellon University where I earned a double major in Computer Science and Music Performance. I play other instruments, such as piano, harpsichord, accordion, Puerto Rican cuatro, recorder, among others. My other interests include traditional menswear and historical tailoring, skiing, running, cycling, socializing, travel, museums, and a smattering of other hobbies I cycle through. Chief among all my passions is that for elegant web design. Obviously.
